David Lee Gillispie is an experienced technologist, leader, mentor, and passionate advocate for youth and young adults and their personal growth and independent living. With years of experience guiding young professionals, he understands the complexities of stepping into adulthood. He presents writings with humor, heartfelt encouragement, and truths ... content that is both relatable and impactful. Through his journey and leadership, David has mentored many young adults, helping them find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their paths. His deep commitment to equipping the next generation is reflected in every offering.

Born the youngest of 8 children in Washington DC; Educated in the Washington DC Public School System, is a graduate of Howard University; and is a Certified Life and Career Coach.

Came to faith in 1975 and ministry in 1990. Has served in faith-based leadership since 1994; Serves on the executive board of an international organization since 1992;

Experienced as a technology professional since 1980, having served in management and executive capacities in various Fortune 500 companies;

Enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, faith-based music, activities and events; Plays lead guitar, bass guitar and occasionally percussion; Enjoys traveling, sports, and tech gadgets; Married since 1987 and has two talented and amazing daughters (both independent, faith-filled, educated, and are reaching even higher);

Resides in the Greater Washington DC Metropolitan area.
